Postpartum services are offered at an hourly rate of $30 an hour day time and $50 an hour night time. Services may include but are not limited to:

• Culturally appropriate emotional, educational and physical care during the postpartum period 

• Coping strategies for postpartum adjustment

• Newborn sleep information and family sleep solutions

• Infant care information: diapering, bathing, dressing, etc.

• Breastfeeding, pumping, and bottle feeding assistance & education

• Nutritious snack and meal preparation

• Light housekeeping 

• Infant care so parents can sleep and shower

• Sibling integration

• Nursery organization and product recommendations

• Running errands for groceries and baby/parent supplies

• Baby wearing and soothing techniques

• Information on local resources that may be needed

• Birth processing

• Birth trauma discussion and healing​
